After a few minutes, vanilla moves to the center, yet it stays dense and resinous rather than sugary or confectionary. Labdanum and benzoin add the texture of warm skin and amber resin, giving the scent a darker, deeper character than its name suggests. A soft floral glimmer of jasmine brightens the heart and keeps the composition from slipping into flat sweetness. In the base, sandalwood and patchouli smooth the trail into something velvety and even, with a clean musky aftertaste.
