**Amouage Enclave** opens with a cold flash of mint against dry spices, where cardamom and cinnamon set coolness against heat. Within minutes it grows denser as smoky incense rises in the center, joined by the dark earth of patchouli. Vetiver brings a dry, almost mineral edge that keeps the composition from turning sweet. The rose here is not conventionally floral; it is muted, like velvet in half-light, softly stitching the heart to the base. In the trail, Enclave turns ambered and leathery, with the warm resinous shadow of labdanum and a dry wood tone. On skin it wears with steady depth: first contrasty and cool, then warmer, amber-toned, and distinctly evening in mood.
