**Montale Oudyssee** opens bright and dry: citrus and saffron spark like warm air rising above sun-heated stone. After a few minutes it grows denser, with rose and patchouli appearing at the center while the oud stays woody and resinous rather than medicinal. Labdanum adds a rough amber shadow that gives the composition more depth and calm. On skin it wears with confidence and slowly moves into a warm leather-amber base. Musk softens the sharper edges, so the trail feels composed and never overly sweet. This is an urban oud profile: expressive, yet easy to wear in the daytime, especially in cooler weather. Near the finish, soft sandalwood and dry leather remain, leaving the impression of warm woody fabric on the wrist.
