**The Moon** opens with a dense ruby burst of raspberry and lychee, where the sweetness feels less gourmand than almost vinous, shaded by saffron spice. Within minutes, the fragrance gathers itself around a dark rose, while the resinous smoke of frankincense rises through the centre. The fruity accent remains, yet it turns drier and deeper, like preserves warmed with spice and wood. In the base, the oud avoids any sharp medicinal edge, giving instead a dense, velvety structure that slowly melts into warm skin. Amber and sandalwood soften the contrasts, adding roundness and a long, viscous trail. On skin it wears with real assurance and by evening reads as a dark rose-amber trace with a smoky glint. This is a rich evening perfume with an oriental temperament, especially convincing in cool air and an unhurried rhythm.
