Prelude to Love

About

A floral-citrus scent with a bright opening of bergamot and bitter orange that soon turns softer through neroli and freesia. In the trail, powdery iris adds coolness with fine spicy nuances. It wears light and clean, especially in daytime.

Prelude to Love opens with a vivid citrus burst: bergamot, lemon, and bitter orange feel juicy and almost cologne-like. After a few minutes, the composition softens into a floral heart of neroli, orange blossom, and freesia, while lavender and cardamom bring a dry coolness. On skin, a powdery iris gradually appears, edged with a light spicy shadow of pepper and ginger. The trail stays airy and controlled, without heavy sweetness, keeping a clean floral-citrus character. It suits wearers who prefer freshness with a subtle powdery depth rather than loud density. It shines best in daytime, especially spring and summer, yet still feels right in a mild autumn.
